Article 1 – Application of conditions
The purpose of this contract is to govern the contractual relations between the company LELIEGE hereinafter named " The SELLER " and customers who make purchases through the website www.leliege.com hereinafter named " The CUSTOMER ".
The CUSTOMER is clearly informed and acknowledges that the SITE is aimed at individual consumers and not professionals.
By placing an order on the site www.leliege.com , the CUSTOMER acknowledges having read, understood and accepted without reservation the terms of the entirety of these General Conditions without limitation or condition.
The content of the general conditions of sale may be modified without notice by the SELLER.
The applicable conditions will be those in force at the time of the order by the CUSTOMER.
By accepting the General Conditions of Sale, you accept that the products are non-identical and fragile artisanal products.
Article 2. Opening an account – Purchase of products on the site

Article 3 – Orders

To place an order, the CUSTOMER must follow all the steps.

The CUSTOMER declares to have perfect knowledge of it.
A summary of the order information will be communicated to the CUSTOMER via the order confirmation email address provided that the email address communicated through the registration form is correct. The SELLER does not send any order confirmation by post or fax.
Article 5 – Price
Our prices are in euros, net of VAT, (VAT not applicable, art 293 B of the CGI), unless otherwise indicated and excluding processing, shipping and insurance costs.
All orders regardless of their origin are payable in euros.
The SELLER reserves the right to modify its prices at any time unilaterally, without prior information, depending on supplies and economic conditions, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of validation of the order.
Our offers are valid while stocks last.
Sale outside mainland France: Any sale to a country other than mainland France puts the CUSTOMER in the position of importer. The card will be debited before the order is shipped. For reasons of limiting bank fraud, the Customer may be asked to provide documents justifying their identity and the veracity of the order. Once payment has actually been received, the SELLER undertakes to send the customer an email summarizing the order and confirming the processing, also including all the information relating to the order, the products ordered and their delivery. .

Article 7- Availability
The products are offered as long as they are visible on the site and while stocks last.

Article 8 – Delivery – Prices and deadlines
Our main delivery area is mainland France. The prices below are established for delivery in mainland France (Corsica included).

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the order confirmation process and only when full payment for the order has been recorded.
Please note: No sending to a post office box will be made.
For shipments outside mainland France, shipping costs vary depending on the destination address and the weight of your package, please contact us before placing an order.
Shipping fees in Metropolitan France: For all shipments in Metropolitan France, the shipping costs are: €8 including tax regardless of the weight of the goods sent and within a limit of 10kg.
For orders over €75 including tax (excluding promotional offers), shipping costs are free.
Shipping and delivery time: Orders received (Monday to Friday) are processed and shipped within 4 business days. The advertised delivery time is based on the date the goods are shipped. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are to be added to the initial delivery time. Delivery times are governed by articles L.216 to L.216-3 of the Consumer Code which provides for a maximum period of thirty days.

The CUSTOMER must also inform THE SELLER of this complaint within 48 hours maximum. The absence of reservation(s) upon receipt of the goods implies delivery as satisfactory by the CUSTOMER, no complaint relating to the condition of the package(s) could be accepted retrospectively.
In the event of delays, damage, total or partial loss, or any other problem, it is up to the customer to exercise any recourse with the carrier without the SELLER's liability ever being called into question.

Article 9 – Withdrawal and return costs
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the consumer CUSTOMER has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the day after receipt of the goods to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay a penalty.

Return costs will remain the responsibility of the CUSTOMER except in the event of lack of conformity of the products delivered in relation to the Order.

Article 10 – Guarantee
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded.
