Deliveries and Returns
We currently deliver to all countries of the European Union and internationally without any limits.
For all orders made outside France, delivery times may be slightly modified depending on their destination.
For deliveries abroad, the recipient may be required to pay customs fees, depending on the legislation in force in their country of destination.
Delivery to:
- Metropolitan France :
Standard delivery costs are free for orders over € 7.5 . For all express orders in Metropolitan France, the costs are €15 via Chronopost (orders placed before midday are shipped the same day and delivered the next day before 1 p.m.). For orders over €150, delivery costs are free.
- Outside Metropolitan France:
Delivery costs in the French Overseas Territories by Colissimo are €29.
- Europe:
Delivery costs in Europe are €29 in Chronopost
- International :
International delivery costs are €35 by Colissomo
If your delivery times are not respected by the delivery services despite our good intentions, the delivery costs cannot be reimbursed.
Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment, but may take 2 to 4 days, unless specified on the site in the event of an exceptional closure where deliveries will be deferred.
Any errors in information transmitted by the customer when placing the order (e.g. recipient details) cannot under any circumstances be the responsibility of LELIEGE in the event of non-delivery of the goods. In the event of a failure attributable to the carrier (e.g. damage noted on the package), the customer is required to express reservations and submit a complaint to the post office within 2 days of receipt of the order. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.
If the customer has placed several orders on the same day, LELIEGE would be obliged to charge the shipping costs for each order. This is why the customer is advised to inform LELIEGE as soon as possible of their wish to combine their orders into one to benefit from a single amount of shipping costs.
Concerning home delivery, if the package is returned to the LELIEGE company for whatever reason, it reserves the right to reimburse only the products excluding delivery costs.
RETURNS
LELIEGE does not carry out standard exchanges. From the date of receipt of their order, the customer has 14 days to return their item(s). After this period, the products delivered will be deemed to be compliant and accepted by the customer. LELIEGE may therefore reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds. Any return of goods requires the prior agreement of LELIEGE . In the absence of a return agreement, the goods will be returned to the customer, at their expense. The item that the customer wishes to return must be returned in its original packaging, must not have been worn or used and must be accompanied by an explanatory letter mentioning the order number, as well as the customer's full contact details for reimbursement. . The customer must send their item(s) to the following address (the amount of return shipping costs remains the responsibility of the customer):

Upon receipt, a quality check will be carried out on the merchandise received. No item used or damaged by the customer will be eligible for any refund. Reimbursement of sums paid is made within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the item, excluding shipping costs and any taxes linked to this return.
The costs and risks of the return are always the responsibility of the Customer.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
