Directions for use and precautions
Tips for using your candles
In order to best preserve your candle and enjoy it without risk, we advise you to read the following recommendations:
- For your candle to burn and effectively perfume your interior, we advise you to burn it for around 2 hours, the time necessary for the entire wax surface to liquefy.
- Do not use a scented candle for more than four hours at a time.
- Cut the wick before each use, ideally leaving 5mm.
- Tip: If the wick becomes off-center during combustion, re-center it after extinguishing it using tweezers.
- Place your lit candle on a heat-resistant support.
- Never leave a candle unattended. If you leave the room, remember to extinguish your candle.
- Keep candles out of reach of children and animals.
- In order to prevent the risk of fire and maintain the combustion quality of your candle, it is recommended not to place it in a draft or near a fan when it is lit.
- Also avoid placing your candle near a heat source or in direct sunlight.
- To avoid any risk of burning, it is recommended not to move a candle when it is lit.
- To extinguish your candle, preferably use a snuffer.
